The applied paint film gives the following properties:
   
excellent adherence in case of corrosion
black even appearance
thickness included between 10 and 25 microns even in empty bodies, ridges
respect of the tolerances on threads and tappings
good hardness
resistance to chemical products
resistance to gravelling
The coating is made in a tank of 13 000 litres and the equipment is composed of an anodic set, a mixing circuit, an ultrafiltration unit, a cooling circuit and a station to produce demineralized water.

The electrodeposition lasts 120 seconds. The operation is immediately followed by 3 rinsings in series with ultrafiltrat and then by a lateral blowing of the parts with ambient air.

The exceptional adherence in case of corrosion implies a perfect preparation of the surface. It is also the result of an excellent penetration of the paint.
