E-coat treatment is a technology which permits the application of a paint coating on a metallic support (steel, casting, …) by electrodeposition in order to improve protection against corrosion.
PREPARATION OF THE SURFACES
The operations, which are all made by sprinkling ,are as follows:

alkaline dry cleaning, regularly drained off |

cold rinsing, continuously supplied with new water |
|
microcrystalline zinc phosphatation with a low-weight coat |
|
cold rinsing |

rinsing with demineralized water |
