The equipment is in the form of a tunnel with a continuous supply, which permits the treatment of medium-sized parts.

The different stages are as follows:
preparation of surfaces by sprinkling in a six-stage tunnel
coating by cathodic electrodeposition
baking of the coating.

Its usable gauge is:
length 600 mm
whidth 450 mm
height 750 mm

It permits the treatment of a very large range of parts such as wiper-blades or an agricultural wheel which is
650 mm in diameter and weighs about 65 kg.

The equipment is served by a 4’’ CFC conveyor with a length of 320 m and with a running speed of 2m40 per minute, for 400 trolleys with an eighty-centimetre gap between each of them.

The distance between two holders is 812 mm. The chemical surface treated in one hour is about 300 sqm.
