Titan Inc USA established Titan
Europe in 1994 and enlarged it through a number of acquisitions
in the agricultural wheels, earthmover and construction wheels
sector.
A joint venture, trading as the New Warrington Wheel Company
Limited, formed in 1989 by Titan Inc., the current CEO of Titan
Europe and a third party became wholly owned by Titan Inc in
1995. |

In 1994 Titan Inc. acquired 50 per cent. of
Titan Italy and the remaining 50 per cent. in 1996. |

In 1995 Titan Europe acquired two companies,
Titan Steel Wheels in the UK and Titan Germany. |

In 1996 Titan Europe acquired Titan France
transferring the company to Titan Italy in 2001. |

In 1998 Titan Inc. transferred Titan Italy
to Titan Europe. |

In 1999 Titan Europe acquired its 35.9 per
cent. investment in Wheels India and has representation on its
board. |

Since 2000 Titan Europe has provided support
to Titan Australia which it acquired in 2003. |

In April 2004, TITAN Europe became a Public
Company and the ordinary shares were admitted to trading on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. |

In September 2004, TITAN Europe acquired Andys
Engineers and Andiline Distributors to increase its presence
on the Australian agricultural wheel EM & construction wheel
market. |
